Last week, librarians gathered for "Facing Changes, Embracing Change: A Day for Collection Management and Technical Services." And embrace change we did, with a last-minute pivot to the North Royalton branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library!

Over the course of the day, attendees collaborated and shared solutions for common challenges facing all of them regardless of library size. From navigating the rise of AI-generated books to balancing materials selection budgets and discussing vendor issues, our attendees walked away with fresh perspectives and useful strategies to take back to their libraries.
