MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF OF POLICE
As Chief of Police for the city of Two Harbors, and on behalf of the Two Harbors Police Department and our partners who have helped plan and prepare for a safe and successful event, I want the residents of Two Harbors to know and understand, your safety has always been at the forefront of our efforts.
The information below is intended to offer a limited view of what parking, traffic, a call for help, a complaint, our community, and the release of information may look like during THOMAS THE TRAIN.
THOMAS THE TRAIN and FRIENDS are here and we are expecting a lot of people in town for this event.
Thanks and Be Safe,
Chief Richard Hogenson
