Effective immediately, no fires/campfires are allowed in the City of Two Harbors until further notice, by order from the Chief of Police.

Please exercise caution and stay safe.

The Two Harbors Police Department is receiving a report of an aggressive deer near Lakeview Park and 2nd Avenue, we believe there to be a fawn in the tall grass nearby. As always, be aware of your surroundings…we will check the area as much as we can. Have a great Sunday everyone!

As you know, the Final Leg of the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics is an annual event that we, your local law enforcement, look forward to. We always strive to make it a fantastic experience for everyone involved. However, due to time and personnel constraints, we are unable to participate in the event this year.

Even though we won't be able to participate this year, we encourage everyone to support our local chapter, the Lake Superior Lakers, by sending your donation to:
