The chart below shows the rate of Influenza-Like-Illnesses (I.L.I.) cases that is updated weekly by the Texas Department of State Health Services.

The blue line shows how there was a sharp increase in November of 2022, which underscores the importance of getting your flu shot now, since it takes about 2 weeks before the vaccine gives maximum protection from the circulating flu viruses.

Flu vaccines are available at our NET Health Immunizations Clinic located at 815 North Broadway in Tyler. No appointment is necessary.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8am to 11am and 1pm to 4pm.

We ask that you first call our clinic at (903) 510 - 5604 so that we can receive your health insurance information.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will be conducting a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at approximately 1:20 p.m.

NET Health now has flu vaccines for the fall season now available at our Immunizations Clinic located at 815 N. Broadway in Tyler, on the corner of North Broadway and Gentry Parkway. No appointment is necessary. Our clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 11am and 1pm to 4pm. On Wednesdays, our Immunizations Clinic remains open until 6pm. The Smith County Commissioners Court recently appointed Nancy Rangel to serve on the NET Health Board of Directors as of October 2023.

Nancy serves as the President of the Tyler Hispanic Business Alliance (HBA) and organizes a variety of community events such as the annual ROSE CITY FIESTA - HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH CELEBRATION that will occur this Saturday at Bergfeld Park.
