Yesterday, our Executive Director, LaToyia Session, had the privilege of leading a presentation titled “Visible Through the Shift: How Nonprofits Can Lead, Communicate, and Stay Relevant in Uncertain Times”, located at Flourish Nonprofits one of our valued members.
The presentation focused on an important message:
✨ Visibility matters.
Not because organizations need attention, but because communities need to know where hope, help, and resources can be found.
Attendees explored how nonprofits can use social media and strategic communication to build trust, strengthen relationships, attract supporters, and continue making an impact, even during uncertain seasons.
One of the most thought-provoking questions posed during the session was:
“What if the issue isn’t your mission? What if it’s your visibility?”
The room was engaged, the conversations were meaningful, and it was encouraging to see so many nonprofit leaders committed to serving their communities well.
At the Tyler Metro Chamber of Commerce, we believe visibility, relationships, and community connections are essential to helping organizations and businesses grow and thrive.
