Military spouses..I encourage you to attend virtual career fairs even if the jobs are not local.

Building connections to have career conversations matters even when the timing isn’t perfect.

The connection you make today can open opportunities when PCS orders take you somewhere new.

That’s how military spouse networking actually works.

Hiring Our Heroes has a Virtual Military Spouse Career Fair tomorrow. Employers are there specifically looking for you.

📅 June 17 | 12–4 PM ET
💻 Virtual — attend from anywhere

You don’t have to be actively job searching to benefit. Come curious, come ready to talk about yourself, and see who’s in the room.

Your next opportunity might start with a conversation tomorrow.

Your bullet points need to show impact — not just your job duties.

Your summary is the first thing anyone reads. If it sounds like it could belong to someone else — refine it.

And if you are sending the same resume to every job, stop. Read the posting. Customize it before you submit.

Appointments available for one-on-one resume review.

Yesterday’s Resume Tune-Up Workshop is complete.

Your resume gets you to the door. The interview opens it. What you say in that room — the stories you share, the value you bring to the table, how you connect your experience to what an employer needs is crucial.
