Sometimes a person thinks, swimming pool rescues don't happen in a small town like Tyndall, but the local EMTs and pool lifeguards made sure they are ready in the event one happens. A training exercise refreshed their memories of the protocol for water rescues. Read all about it and see the pictures of the rescuers in action in this week's issue (August 5). Also inside you'll find judging during achievement days and five generations in the Schuurmans family.
