📚🚍 The Book Bus is Rolling Back Into Town This Summer! ☀️

Get ready for stories, crafts, games, snacks, and FUN all summer long with the Tyrone Book Bus!

Join us EVERY Tuesday from June 16 – August 11 at stops throughout the community. Children Pre-K through 4th grade are invited to:

✨ Listen to a read-aloud
🎲 Play literacy games
🎨 Make a craft
🍎 Enjoy a snack
📖 Check out a library book for one week!

PLUS — FREE breakfast and lunch are available for students at the TASD Elementary Cafeteria lot stops!

🚌 BOOK BUS SCHEDULE:
📍 8:15–9:30 AM — TASD Elementary Cafeteria Lot
📍 9:40–10:10 AM — Sylvan Acres
📍 10:15–10:45 AM — Tyrone Townhomes
📍 11:00 AM–1:00 PM — TAES Elementary Cafeteria Lot
📍 1:30–2:00 PM — Cold Springs Apartments
📍 2:15–3:15 PM — Reservoir Park Pavilion #1

Congratulations to Brian Bressler on being honored with the Thomas Bullington Award for Distinguished Service and Commitment to Student Success at last week's IU 8 Board meeting.

This award recognizes an individual for their unwavering commitment to student success.

As his term on the IU 8 Board comes to a close on June 30, we thank him for his outstanding service and lasting impact on student success. Congratulations on this well-deserved honor!

Once again this summer, the Tyrone Area School District is partnering with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to provide FREE healthy meals to children all summer long!

✅ No registration required
✅ Open to ALL children 18 and under

📅 Monday through Friday
🗓 June 8 – August 7
❌ Closed Friday, July 3

🥣 Breakfast: 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
