Just a heads-up to everyone around town! There is a gentleman going door-to-door today selling books.

We’ve had questions about him, so we wanted to clarify that he is legitimate and this is NOT a scam. He does have the necessary permits to be going door-to-door and selling.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up so nobody is caught off guard when he comes by! 😊📖

August 17th 2026

City staff will be conducting meter readings on Monday August 17 2026. To ensure safe and efficient access, please make sure all dogs are properly secured on this date.
Per City Ordinance 15-220 – Right of Access, authorized city employees may enter upon any premises during reasonable hours to read, service, or inspect meters and water lines.
Your cooperation helps us provide timely, accurate readings and uninterrupted service for all residents.

Thank you for your quick, life-saving actions today, especially in this extreme heat. Your bravery, dedication, and heroism did not go unnoticed. We truly appreciate everything you did to keep our community safe. ❤️

We would also like to thank Westfall Electric and the City of Mulvane for stepping in and helping resolve the electrical issue that resulted from the fire.

Our community is incredibly fortunate to have people willing to jump into action when it matters most. Thank you all for your hard work, quick response, and commitment to keeping Udall safe! 🙏❤️
