FREE summer meals will be offered to all Hays community members 18 years and younger starting Monday June 1, 2026 at Science Hall Elementary School and Lehman High School from Monday-Thursday

No cost for all Hays community members 18 years and younger and enrolled students up to 21 years old with disabilities.

All meals must be consumed onsite.

Last week, we had the honor of celebrating our Campus Teacher of the Year at Uhland Elementary! 🎉

Congratulations to Mrs. Joanna Rosales, who proudly represents our campus for the 2025–2026 school year as part of Hays CISD.

Mrs. Rosales is the definition of dedication and passion. She consistently goes above and beyond—not only for her students, but for our entire campus community. Her commitment, professionalism, and the way she carries herself make a lasting impact on everyone around her.

We are incredibly proud and grateful to have her serving our students, staff, and families. Thank you, Mrs. Rosales, for all that you do!
