Carson & Bees Carson and Bees produces Mendocino County honey, plus other hive products such as pollen, wax, and p Carson Elmer is a lifelong resident of Mendocino County.

He grew up in Potter Valley and currently resides in Ukiah’s beautiful Westside neighborhood with his wife Elizabeth, their young daughter Mae, and their dog Bee. When he was just 10 years old, Carson was introduced to the art of beekeeping by a family friend. He has since worked with many prominent beekeepers around Northern California, and has owned and operated Carson and Bees for the past decade. He is also the volunteer project leader for the Mendocino county 4-H bee project.

River Oak Charter School's first Winter Faire is this Sunday, December 14th located on our campus at 555 Leslie Street, Ukiah. We would love to see you there!

Candle dipping, copper ornament making, felt angels to create, a good time for a wholesome family friendly event.

Elizabeth here. I got stung on the pinky finger 48 hours ago. It is STILL stiff and painful, and I have not been quiet about it. Carson gets stung in weird and uncomfortable places ALL THE TIME and I never hear a peep outta him, except when he marvels at how the bee got him inside the ear / up the nose / etc in the first place.

Never has the abyss between my whininess and his stoicism been more obvious than these past two days.
