Due to a processing computer glitch prospective jurors may have received a jury summons for a jury duty appearance for a date in March of 2025 (last year). The court is aware of this problem and is actively working to resolve the issue to ensure that it does not reoccur. If you received such a summons, please double check your jury duty appearance date. If the date is for March of 2025, you may disregard the summons. Thank you.

JUVENILE JUSTICE AND DELINQUENCY PREVENTION COMMISSION ANNOUNCEMENT

The Mendocino County Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission (JJDPC) has been dissolved effective June 2, 2026. The JJDPC is dedicated to providing support for juveniles in the juvenile justice system in Mendocino County. The Commission focuses on understanding and promoting evidence-based best practices and resources for preventing youth from entering the juvenile justice system. The JJDPC will be re-constituted at a future date to be determined. The Court will announce new recruitment efforts at this time. Thank you for your patience.
