His Eminence, Archbishop Alexei, has released an Archpastoral message for the Great and Holy Pascha of our Lord.

"I greet all of you with the joy of our Risen Lord. In these words, “Christ is Risen,” there is such power as strengthens the heart, puts sorrow to flight, and even makes the world around us seem brighter. The Church does not give us Pascha as a passing feeling, but as an entry into divine life. Christ has trampled down death by death. Christ has set Adam and all of us, Adam’s descendants, free from the curse of sin and the tyranny of the devil. Christ has opened unto us the gates of Paradise. He has shown His great mercy to each village, to each household, and to each and every heart that calls on Him in faith."
