Congratulations to the 2025 line officers and executive board members elected during our December company meeting. This marks the first election held for UBCFC, and we are excited to work together and continue progressing as one team.

Don't forget to watch for Santa tonight!

Tonight's the night!

Be on the lookout for Santa as he makes his way through town with our first responders! We'll do our best to make it down every street (with the exception of the dead ends). The link to the Santa Tracker will be posted on our page around 5:15 this evening just before the run starts!

🌎🎅 UNION BEACH SANTA TRACKER 🎅🌎

Santa will make his final trip around Union Beach on Monday, December 23rd before he heads back to the North Pole to finish prepping for his big night, and Mrs. Claus is planning on joining him again this year! Union Beach's first responders will be escorting them throughout the town and will try their best to make it down each street (with the exception of dead ends). You can track their location using the Santa Tracker link that we post just before the run starts at about 5:30pm.

If you filled out the form for the Santa Run, we've either spoken with you and your visit is now booked, or we've called you back and left a message.

The 6-8 window on Saturday and 4-6 window on Sunday are completely booked; 4-6 on Saturday and 6-8 on Sunday are almost full. Don't wait to get on Santa's list if you want him to stop by for a visit this year!

Okay, we know we said Santa Run submissions received by 7pm would receive a call back the same day, but we didn't expect nearly 100 of you to submit the form in the first few hours it was up! 😳😂

We've been making calls almost nonstop since 2pm and still have not made it to the end of the list. We're stopping for tonight but we'll pick it back up tomorrow afternoon and will continue to go in the order received.

Don't worry, there is still room for everyone who got their form in today! ❤️💚

Booking for the Santa Run is officially open! 🎅🚒

We're trying something new this year regarding how we book visits. Rather than calling, everyone will complete this form. It's very simple and straightforward, and it's going to cut down tremendously on the time we spend listening to voicemails before we can call everyone back, as well as the time you all have to spend calling and trying to get through.

Everyone will be contacted in the order submissions are received. If you know someone who wants to schedule a visit but doesn't have Facebook, just send them the link. All submissions received by 7pm will be contacted the same day.

Please keep in mind that we are a volunteer organization, so if you don't hear back immediately after submitting the form, don't panic! We promise someone will be in touch shortly. 😊

The post that many of you have been waiting for... the big guy is making plans for his return to UB for the Christmas season!! 🎅

There are 100 of these eggs around town. They have tickets for full-size candy bars or $10 gift cards. We'll be here until 8pm but there's a good chance the chocolate is already melting in this weather, so HURRY! 😉

🎃👻 ROTTEN EGG HUNT 👻🎃

Look for these eggs while you're out Trick-or-Treating this year! They will have prize tickets inside that can be redeemed at Union Gardens Fire Company on Halloween. And to make it a little easier on those who are still out later in the day -- the eggs glow in the dark! There are only three rules:

1️⃣ - One prize per child/teen.

2️⃣ - This event is intended for children, including teenagers. We will not hand out prizes to adults. If your child isn't old enough to actively participate, please be considerate and leave the eggs for the kids that are.

3️⃣ - All tickets must be redeemed by 8pm, which is the town curfew on Halloween. No prizes will be handed out after October 31st, even if there are still eggs to be found. If all eggs are found before curfew, we will post here to let everyone know.
