Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Process accounts payable invoices, Reconcile all bank statements, Prepare or assist in monthly documentation of grant billing, maintaining appropriate files and supporting documentation,
*Performs various clerical duties, such as answering the phone, monitoring fiscal email account and other duties as assigned,
*Executive Director liaison with TNCSA Board of Directors; prepares for and attends Board meetings, takes minutes, sends meeting notices and prepares, as well as, maintains board member files.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalency.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multitask and follow instructions.
Able to work well in a fast paced environment.
Work related experience and excellent attendance is essential.
Must authorize the release of any investigative and criminal records obtained by
the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation
to the Tennessee Community Services Agency.
Background investigation must indicate no conviction of a felony.
