As another incredible Union Dale Volunteer Fire Company Annual Picnic comes to a close, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who helped make the 2026 event such a tremendous success.
A sincere thank you to all of the individuals and businesses who generously donated items for our Basket Raffle. Your kindness and support helped make one of our most popular attractions a huge success.
Thank you as well to everyone who donated delicious treats to our Dessert Stand. Your homemade desserts were enjoyed by so many and helped make the stand a favorite stop throughout the weekend.
A very special thank you to LOMAH Farms for generously donating a pig for our “Fill Your Freezer” Raffle. Your continued support of our fire company and community is greatly appreciated.
We would also like to thank Northeast Eagle Distributors for once again donating all of the signs used throughout the picnic. Your generosity helps make our event possible year after year.
A huge thank you to Blue Ridge Cable for generously sponsoring our spectacular fireworks display. It was a wonderful way to cap off another memorable picnic and was enjoyed by everyone in attendance.
Finally, and most importantly, thank you to the dedicated volunteers of the Union Dale Volunteer Fire Company, along with the many family members, friends, and community members who donated countless hours before, during, and after the picnic. From planning and setup to cooking, serving, parking, cleanup, and everything in between, this event simply would not happen without your hard work, commitment, and selfless dedication.
