Reminder: Lock Your Car!!!! Take Your Keys
Almost All Stolen Vehicles are Taker when Left unlocked and Keys Left Inside

In Drive Way : These Crimes Are Happening all over town. Criminals will drive around in the morning and look for vehicles that Residents have started up in cold weather. They also will try Handles at night looking for keys and valuables.

In Parking Lots: While out shopping many people leave their cars unlocked because they might only be going in for a few minutes. Criminals will still take advantage of this and try car handles and take any valuables. Even if you don’t have any valuables, leaving a car unlocked only encourages criminals to try for success in the next one.

At Gas Stations: Many people run into gas stations to grab a snack or pay for their gas, and they don’t lock their car or even keep it running. Criminals sit and wait for people to do this and they quickly jump in and steal the Car.

The Union Springs Police Department is Asking All Citizens Please to keep Your Vehicles Lock at all Times
