Today, we honor the incredible mothers who answer the call both at home and in our communications center. Your strength, patience, and dedication make a difference every single day, whether comforting a caller in crisis or caring for your families after a long shift.

To all the moms, grandmothers, stepmothers, and mother figures in our community and our agency, thank you for everything you do. We appreciate your sacrifice, your love, and your service.

Union County 911 is aware of the power outage caused by a tree falling on power lines. At this time, we do not have information on when power will be restored.
If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 immediately. For outage updates and restoration information, please contact your power company using the contact list provided.
Please do not call 911 to ask when power will be restored, as this ties up emergency lines needed for urgent calls.

As Telecommunicators Week comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank my incredible staff. Each and every day, you go above and beyond, always striving for excellence. You are the true first first responders,the unseen heroes who serve tirelessly behind the scenes. Your dedication, professionalism, and commitment do not go unnoticed.Thank you for everything you do for Union County, our citizens, and our first responders. Every call you answer, every moment you stay calm under pressure, you are the voice on the other end of the line, the steady presence in critical moments.

We are proud of you, we appreciate you, and we are grateful for the role you play in keeping our community safe each and every day.Never forget you are the headset, and you make a difference every single day. Thank you for everything!

Major shoutout to ROMA PIZZA UNION for making sure both our A and B shifts were taken care of with lunch and dinner yesterday! Leo and his team truly go above and beyond, they’re simply the best.
Today was just as amazing, with our friends atLa Fogata Union for treating both shifts to lunch. They really hooked up our incredible telecommunicators, and we couldn’t be more grateful for all the generous support we’ve received this week. Thank you all!

To our partners at Union County EMS, thank you for the thoughtful gift bags for each telecommunicator. We’ll do our best to stay on our best behavior from here on out 🤣
