We can't keep doing the same things and expecting different results. The Republicans have been in charge of Missouri for over two decades. It’s time for fresh ideas, progress, and a better future for everyone. Let’s move forward together. VOTE BLUE!

REMINDER: Sen Ben Brown, Rep John Simmons and Rep Brad Banderman all VOTED TO CUT this program. Vote for Change In November. Vote Blue.

From the Post-Dispatch Editorial Board: "Perhaps everyone loved Dolly specifically because she actually wasn’t sending any ideological message.

"Her decency and generosity knew no political party. Parton’s music, philanthropy and determined nonpartisanship were so roundly appealing that both Republican and Democratic members of the Missouri Legislature will certainly be tempted to laud her memory in their campaign stump speeches this election season.

"Any who do should first pledge to restore the $4 million that the General Assembly thoughtlessly hacked from the state budget earlier this year for a renowned Parton charity that provides free books to young children.

"Otherwise, their praise should be called out for the self-serving hypocrisy it will be."

Quentin Wilson has been to our county several times and I’m sure he’ll be back soon if you haven’t had a chance to meet him yet.

Voters said NO and HELL NO to Amendments 4 and 5 while the Governor and my Republican opponent, the current State Auditor, championed both. They will keep trying to overturn your vote as long as they police themselves. State Auditor is the ONLY statewide office on your November ballot. One race. One shot to put a real watchdog in Jefferson City and break one-party rule.
That’s why I’m asking you to donate today. Please use this link to donate:

The Whitehouse all of a sudden believes in affordability. They’re complaining that the price of gas-lighting keeps going up.

Preparations were underway for Trump to be in New York on September 11. Then he learned about the strict “no partisan ranting” policy.

URGENT: The USDA is upgrading the recall of 13,000 Whole Foods guacamole, salsa, and dips, now warning of “serious adverse health consequences or death.”

The recall is connected to a broader Salmonella outbreak tied to contaminated jalapeños.

The impacted products include mild guacamole dip, guacamole dip (no tomatoes), spicy guacamole dip, medium pico de gallo guacamole dip, pomegranate guacamole dip, roasted corn guacamole dip, trio dip (containing pico de gallo, guacamole, and salsa), and mango pineapple salsa.

The impacted products were sold in stores across 13 states: Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin.

The USDA is urging consumers to check their refrigerators and not consume these products, saying they should “discard the product or bring a valid receipt to any Whole Foods Market store for a full refund.”
