Join our team as a Living Support Professional (LSP) and make a positive impact in the lives of others!

About Us: We are Union County Disabilities and Special Needs Board. We are dedicated to providing exceptional support to people with disabilities right here in Union County. Our residential program allows residents to live fulfilling, independent lives within their community.

As an LSP your responsibilities include:

· Assisting residents with daily living skills, personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration

· Advocating for residents rights and helping them achieve goals

· Maintain accurate records and documentation

· Supporting residents in community activities and social events

Qualifications of an LSP:

· Attend orientation that focuses on specialized training for an LSP

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid SC driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Compassionate, patient and dedicated to making a difference

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
