Our reading and math coaches kicked off their summer participating in a two day coaching retreat with Wendy Bartell focused on strengthening instructional coaching across our district. During this time, coaches collaborated to develop a shared mission, core beliefs, and a framework for instructional coaching.

Instructional coaches are here to support and empower teachers with one goal in mind: enhancing student success. We are excited about the work ahead and the continued impact this support will have in our classrooms and schools!

Our last Golden Buzz of 25-26! She's a treasure and we're super fortunate to have her in UCSD! Gratz Gracie!!
Also- thank you Mr. Haney for starting this six years ago and trying hard to recognize those individuals who go above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of students.

The 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program hosted by the Union County Carnegie Library is a wonderful FREE opportunity for families with young children ages 0-5 to begin building healthy reading habits and prepare children for success before entering kindergarten. All participants will receive a book bin filled with 5 free books to help kickstart their reading journey!

Please share this information with families, parents, caregivers, and community members throughout Union County. Early literacy plays such an important role in child development, school readiness, and lifelong learning.

Thank you to the Union County Carnegie Library and Save the Children for making this opportunity available to our community.
