🚨 MEMBER MONDAY 🚨
This week, we’re proud to highlight a member whose service and accomplishments are nothing short of historic: Ex-Chief Cameron Peek.

Chief Peek joined Brookside Engine Company 2 in 1996 after serving as a Military Police Officer with the 423rd Military Police Company in the United States Army. In February 2001, he joined the FDNY and was among the many brave responders on September 11th.

In 2005, he served as Chief of Department for the Uniondale Fire Department. Throughout his FDNY career, he became a member of FDNY’s elite Special Operations Command, serving in Squad 252 before earning a spot in Rescue Company 2, where he currently serves as the senior firefighter.

His service doesn’t stop there. Chief Peek is the head coach of the FDNY Bravest Football Team, the Head of Training for the Uniondale Fire Department, and the lead dive instructor for the FDNY. Most importantly, he is a proud father of two.

Chief Peek is a true trailblazer whose dedication to service, training, and leadership continues to inspire those around him. Thank you, Chief, for everything you have done and continue to do for the fire service and our community.
