THE FAYETTE COUNTY COURTS AND COURT RELATED OFFICES ARE OPEN AND FULLY OPERATIONAL

The Court of Common Pleas, Magisterial District Courts, Adult Probation Office, Juvenile Probation Office, Domestic Relations Section, Child Custody Services, Problem Solving Courts, and the Administrative Office of Fayette County Courts are operating on a normal schedule from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Court users should confirm hearing dates, times, and manner of participation, whether in-person or by advanced communication technology, directly with the scheduling judge’s chambers. Social distancing and masks will be enforced.

Court related offices including the Prothonotary, Clerk of Courts, Register of Wills, and Recorder of Deeds are also open and operational. Court users should call each filing office to confirm availability and operating procedures prior to appearing in person.
