BLT is announcing other specialties of services!

In addition to Behavioral Supports, BLT (Bishop Leonard Tucker) Behavioral Support, PC is able to provide Home and Community service as well as Community Participation Service (CPS) to any individual who has waiver funding, Consolidated waiver & Person/Family waiver.

Two Types of services:
1. Living at Home (with family)
2. Residential ( community living arrangement)

Living at home:
BLT staff will meet with Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities in their homes to provide one-to-one support as they engage in weekly goals agreed upon by the individual, their families, and BLT Behavioral Support, PC.

Residential Placements:
Service for residential is 100% of community supports, which means all services are provided in the community and not in the group home. However, goals are still agree upon by the individual, residential staff, BLT Behavioral Support, PC.
