CHARGED: Kidnapping to Inflict Injury/Terror, Aggravated Assault

It is alleged that Tylar Greenough, 30, while subject to an active Protection from Abuse Order, entered the victim’s home in the city of Uniontown by climbing through a second story window. He held the victim, her child, and her mother against their will, including threats with a fi***rm; he physically assaulted the adult victims over the course of several days between that home and a nearby hotel. Both adult victims had significant bruising and injuries related to the assaults. The defendant was apprehended by Uniontown Police this afternoon after he re-entered the victim’s home (the victim was not present), and was in possession of a fi***rm when he was arrested. The defendant is a convicted felon that is not allowed to possess fi***rms in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

GUILTY - Third-Degree Murder

Brianna Bloyer, 32, was convicted by a jury for killing Bentlee Myers, her 2-year-old stepchild. The child died on August 19, 2024, from blunt force trauma to the head; the Commonwealth presented additional evidence at trial of various cuts and bruises in various stages of healing. This matter was investigated by Trooper Wyatt Tidholm of the Pennsylvania State Police and prosecuted by DA Mike Aubele and ADA Bryan Pavina.

We are grateful for the many law enforcement officers, medical professionals, and witnesses who were a part of this very emotional case and ensured that we were able to secure justice for Bentlee. May his memory be eternal.
