Ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?

Register for State Leadership Conference Jr!

Join us on October 3 at Penn State's University Park Campus for a day-long workshop that introduces leadership skills to our young, up-and-coming leaders.

This event is open to 4-H'ers ages 10-13. It offers instruction on foundational leadership skills to prepare younger members to take on more roles as they continue to grow in 4-H. Participants will engage in small- and large-group activities and hands-on breakout workshops during the conference.

Registration is now open for the 2026 Pennsylvania Junior Dairy Show!

The event will be held on Saturday, September 12, at the PA Farm Show Complex. It's open to PA 4-H and FFA members; 4-H Cloverbuds are not eligible. Entries close on August 30, 2026.

Calling all volunteers! Join us for the September 2026 volunteer update from the State 4‑H Clothing & Textiles Program.

This virtual session offers an opportunity for volunteer leader education, networking, and sharing ideas with peers across the state.

This time, the presentation focuses on helping advanced-beginner 4-H sewing youth take the next step—creating wearable garments, such as elastic-waist projects.

Don't miss Ag Progress Days!

This event will be held from August 11-13 in Pennsylvania Furnace, PA. Admission and parking are free!

Stop by the 4-H and Youth Building for fun activities like games with the PA Dairy Princess, meeting rabbits, and using microscopes to get a close look at what makes plants get sick. We will also offer a read aloud from the Healthy Me series and the opportunity to learn about biosecurity best practices for family farms.
