David is a Roadie, and Texas Roadhouse is proud to have him on the team!

As we recognize National Disability Employment Awareness Month, we're highlighting David and the Uniontown Texas Roadhouse, one of our Supported Employment partners.

David's managers describe him as hardworking, efficient, and always smiling. More importantly, they recognize him as a valued member of their team.

That's what Supported Employment is all about: connecting people with meaningful jobs where their skills are recognized, their contributions matter, and they have the opportunity to succeed.

Through In-Home & Community Services, individuals receive support while taking part in the routines, activities, and experiences that are meaningful to them.
