Ms. Allen and Mrs. Casstevens had a great time attending the TEPSA Summer Conference along with other Judson leaders in Round Rock.

Time was spent learning, planning, and gathering new ideas to ensure a successful start to the 2026-2027 school year. They are excited to bring back fresh strategies and continue providing the best experience possible for our students, staff, and families.

During the summer months, Judson ISD provides healthy meals to any child under 18. Below are the locations in the district. You can also find other feeding locations by calling 211 or texting FOOD to 304-304.

Today we proudly recognized two very special members of our Ranger family! πŸŽ‰

Congratulations to Mr. Cruz, our Volunteer of the Year! From cooking burgers during Teacher Appreciation Week, to donating and preparing food for Spring Fling, to arranging a special visit from Santa for our students at Christmas, Mr. Cruz continually goes above and beyond to support our school community. We are so grateful for his generosity and dedication!

We also celebrate Mrs. Silva, our Substitute of the Year! Thank you for your flexibility, commitment, and the care you provide to our students whenever you step into our classrooms.

Register all your students in one visit, regardless of campus or grade level.

What a wonderful way to end an amazing school year at Salinas Elementary! πŸ’šπŸŽ‰

After dismissal today, our staff celebrated together with summer cozies, sodas, and a special memory video that reminded us of all the incredible moments, laughter, and memories we shared this year with both our staff and students. From celebrations and performances to everyday classroom moments, this year was truly one to remember!

Today at our last Ranger Rally, we had the honor of recognizing several incredible staff members as they begin their retirement after many years of dedicated service in education. 🌟

We celebrated Ms. Murphy, counselor; Mrs. Hudson, Dyslexia therapist; Mrs. Ransom, Academic Coach; Mrs. Vega, GT teacher; and Mrs. Meek, kindergarten teacher. Each of these educators has made a lasting impact on the lives of countless students, families, and staff members at Salinas Elementary.

As a small token of appreciation, we gifted them a plant to remind them that they will always be rooted at Salinas. πŸͺ΄Once a Ranger, always a Ranger! Thank you for your years of love, dedication, and service. You will always be part of the Ranger family! πŸŽπŸŽ‰

Today we celebrated our amazing 5th graders at their End of the Year Awards Ceremony! πŸŽ“

The celebration began with a special elephant walk through the halls as our students made their way to the ceremony while staff and students cheered them on. After the awards, families joined the celebration in the classrooms with cake and sweet memories together.

We are so proud of all our 5th graders have accomplished during their time at Salinas Elementary and can’t wait to see all they achieve in middle school. Congratulations, Rangers β€” once a Ranger, always a Ranger! πŸ’™
