💦 We promised Snowfest fans we’d keep you informed about other events, and Monday April is the opening day of the 2026 Splashpad season.

😎 We’ll have cool giveaways including some limited edition U.C. sunglasses!

🛒⛽️ One lucky follower of the official City of Universal City - Government FB page will win a gift card to use for food or gas! See you Monday and continue to watch for updates on lots of great events this summer!

The Splashpad is open daily 10 a.m.- 8 p.m.

🎉 Congratulations to Judson ISD’s Rocket Girl who placed first, UTSA - The University of Texas at San Antonio’s Rowdy who snagged second, and City of Universal City - Government’s Sparky the Fire Dog from the fire department.

❄️ We want to thank each person who came out for Saturday’s 16th annual Universal City Snowfest and Carnival!

🥇As always, the mascot dance off was a highlight. Judson High School kept the crown from last year. Those flips from Rocket Girl sealed the win. Close behind, UTSA - The University of Texas at San Antonio should be proud of Rowdy who wowwed the crowd.Third place went to our Sparky the Fire Dog.

🥢 🎡 Want to make a plan for the food and merchant vendors and rides at the Snowfest and Carnival Saturday?

🎟️ ucsnowfest.com now has a full list of vendors, descriptions of each ride, shuttle info and a chance to get skip-the-line tickets.

👏 Sponsors play a huge role in making this event happen. Today, sponsor Krowned Beard and Barber stopped by to purchase 30 tickets!

Co-owners Sherrie Wilson and Priest Holmes have just passed their one year anniversary and their business is doing great in UC!

They were joined by our Multi-Media Event Specialist Mari Zeppenfeldt and our colleague Joel Mendez, a big football fan.
