Beginning on March 18 - 20, the following roads will be closed in preparation of the NCAA Final Four events:

• McKinney between LaBranch and Crawford Street.
• LaBranch between Lamar and McKinney Street.
• Lamar between LaBranch and Crawford Street.
• 2 lanes on Avenida de las Americas (ADLA) to the George R. Brown Convention Center (GRB).

Auto Theft Division and Auto Dealers Detail will inform members and citizens on traffic safety, vehicle towing and storage procedures by offering valuable do's and don'ts in the event a citizen's vehicle becomes inoperable on a Houston roadway.

Additionally, Transtar will discuss their new public education effort designed to save lives by preventing secondary crashes.

Today marks Senior Officer Randy Myrick’s last rodeo (Grand Entry) after more than 30 yrs in HPD’s Mounted Patrol Unit. Officer Myrick retires later this year.
It was an honor for Randy (riding on “Nape”), our Mounted Patrol Officers and Police Chief Troy Finner (riding on “Bingo”) to be part of today’s RODEOHOUSTON Grand Entry.
