Good Sunday morning to everyone. It's almost here, no not Thanksgiving but election day. I know just about everyone is sick and tired of all the political adds, road signs and the negativity of it all. Well I am to. I would love to have your vote to help me restart Boone County. As a 40 year business man, owning my own HVAC and Electrical company I have the knowledge of how to run the county like a business. I know, not much has been done with the 6 years I've been in the commission but we have faced many challenges and I feel like it's only going to get better now that our budget is balanced. That was the hardest decisions I was ever involved with, cutting budgets to all elected officials but we now have a stable ,balanced budget. Other projects and duties I have been involved with include water projects in Morrisville, completed, Prenter, completed, Whitesville, completed. Assured and gave BARN in Nellis money to start their community center up, money to keep the doors open and to help improve their business. There are more but these are some of the bigger ones I have pushed. Now that Covid is behind us, but still here, and things has gotten pretty much back to normal I'm ready to move on and help grow Boone County into a tourist attraction using our rivers and parks as a destination stop. With Hobet and the Hatfield and McCoy Trail system coming, and they still regardless what you've heard, myself along with the other commissioners plan on working with state agencies securing grants and government money to help Boone County grow. But in order to do this I'll need your support on November 8th to continue to make it happen. Thank you in advance.
