This was much easier when we lived at Wendell House. Walk back home and come back when it was done. Or walk to work. Downtown living in Cultural Pittsfield makes it easy. Did you know the Wendell House was The Stanley Club? It was named after William Stanley. 🧐Wondering if Stanley’s ghost was in our space. Stanley invented the alternating current transformer. He moved Stanley Electric Manufacturing to Pittsfield in 1890! It became GE in 1907. 🤯 Mother- and Father-in-laws both worked for GE in the BigApple!
