President Trump is asking everyone to share this. In three days, most people in the United States will have seen the message. This is an idea that should be passed around, regardless of political party.
The TRUMP Rules:
Congressional Reform Act of 2025!
1. No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office. And no more perks go with them.
2. Congress (past, present, & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.
3. Congress must purchase their own retirement plan, just as ALL Americans do.
4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise at the same rate as the COLA for monthly Social Security recipients, minus 1% if having a budget balance deficit.
5. Congress loses their current care system and participates in the same health care system (Medicare) as the American people.
6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people (i.e., NO MORE INSIDER TRADING!!!).
7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen/women. Congress made all these contracts by and for themselves.
Serving in Congress is an honor and privilege, NOT a career.
The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators should serve their term(s), then go home and go back to work … not get all kinds of freebies. Term limits of 2 terms and treat them like a regular citizen!

When rent was normal to a civilized society of good neighbors, young people starting out could save money to purchase their own home while paying rent. At least those who worked hard and gained marketable skills could do it.
So much money has been dumped into the housing market that rent and mortgages have ballooned out of reach for upcoming generations. Today, landlords prefer people on low income section 8 housing because the government sets the rate based on "average" rent for a region. Rural older housing receives rent rates comparable to those in nearby major cities. Landlords love the rent programs because they dump more money into the system.
#1 In the 1960s, society thought it best for women and mothers to find a job rather than be a stay-at-home mom. Now the landlords have 2 incomes for housing. Raise the rents! Raise the cost of purchasing a new home. Single people on one income get a "studio" apartment, and property managers start using a business model that is based on extracting the most money while maintaining a 90% occupancy rate. [If your apartments are over 90% full, you need to raise the rents. If your apartments are 80% full, you should consider lowering your rents.]
The housing competition in a city is dominated by corporations that must pay their investors interest and dividends on the money invested. Maximize profits by following the same business model across all housing corporations. Not a monopoly, but essentially the same thing because they all have dialed in the "maximize rent to maintain 90% occupancy." Rent always goes up. Rent never goes down. --Off topic, money problems are by far the reason for divorces. Courts have made it unwise for men to try to make a family.
#2 Banks lower interest rates, which reduces the mortgage payment. Home sellers, "Hey, the mortgage payment is lower because of the low interest on home loans. Double-income buyers can now afford a higher priced home! Not a bigger home, but more money for a smaller home. This is not laissez-faire capitalism. Prices steadily go up, rarely go down unless the economy tanks.
#3 Upcoming generations are told work hard for the American dream at a time when good paying jobs have moved to China, and illegal immigrants are lowering wages here. Farmers pay low wages to illegals on welfare. Construction corporations pay lower wages to illegals on welfare. Trucking companies pay lower wages to "non-domiciled" drivers who live in their trucks and do not need to pay rent or mortgages. Corporate retailers pay less than livable wages to illegal immigrants on welfare.
#4 It is coming to a head like a zit. It is gonna pop and get s**t all over everyone. And, this may be exactly what the banks and corporations want to happen so that America will crumble into the new world order, the new world digital currency, and the new one world government.
#5 Trump is not in control. He cannot fix things because the controllers can use everything he does in ways that further their agenda, not MAGA's agenda. The world's banks and corporations are still in control. Hopefully, Trump can slow down the demise and collapse.
