Arkansas Children's Hospital Stephens School-Based Health Clinic located across from the front office at Stephens Elementary. Call for an appt! Reopen July 18th.

We provide sick & well care, shots, behavioral health and more! Students stay in school, parents stay at work! Open until May 26th. Stephens Health Clinic was the first school-based health clinic in Pulaski County, Arkansas, with over 11 partners in health to support the clinic's operations. Previously housed at Franklin Elementary, Stephens SBHC offers sick, wellness, and shot appointments, limited labs, can facilitate dental and vision services, and more. Appropriate referrals may be necessary from the child's primary care provider. The clinic is open to students and siblings of Stephens, Bale, and Wakefield Elementary Schools with signed parental consent.
