Litchfield NH Police Department

Today, we recognize and celebrate the women in law enforcement who serve their communities with courage, dedication, and compassion.

We’d especially like to highlight Officer Frulla, who has proudly served with the Litchfield Police Department for the past 3 years. During her time with the department, Officer Frulla has taken on an important role as a School Resource Officer (SRO), helping build positive relationships with our students, staff, and families while keeping our schools safe.

Officer Frulla is also a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, allowing her to provide valuable education and assistance to families on proper child passenger safety and car seat installation.

Thank you, Officer Frulla, for your continued dedication to the Litchfield community and for the many ways you make a difference both inside and outside of our schools.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the brave first responders, military members, and citizens who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We remember those who ran toward danger while others were running away. We remember the families who lost loved ones, the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice, and the countless acts of courage, compassion, and service that followed.

Twenty-five years later, the memories remain, and the sacrifices will never be forgotten.

Thank you to everyone who came out and joined us for an incredible National Night Out! 🚓💙

From exciting go-kart races to competitive laser tag battles, it was a fun-filled evening spent connecting with our community. We think everyone—officers included—is heading home a little tuckered out after all the action!

Of course, we couldn’t resist bringing our speed trailer… and yes, we may have used it to clock the go-karts. 🏎️ We can officially report that no citations were issued… although a few drivers came dangerously close to earning a warning for excessive smiling. 🙂

A very special thank you to Mel's Funway Parkfor generously hosting this year’s event and helping make the evening such a success. We’d also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Luks Bar and Grill for supplying some absolutely delicious pizza that kept everyone fueled throughout the evening!

Thank you as well to the Londonderry Police Department for bringing their drone and providing an awesome demonstration, and to the Hillsborough County NH Sheriff's Office for stopping by and showing their support for our community.

Events like National Night Out are a great reminder of what community policing is all about—building relationships, sharing a few laughs, and making lasting memories. Thank you for spending the evening with us. We can’t wait to see you again next year!
