Last week, Marine Corps University hosted its Strategic Insights Forum, bringing together participants from the 2025–2026 Commandant of the Marine Corps Fellows program. The forum focused on identifying and evaluating innovative, high-impact ideas from outside the Marine Corps that can be further researched or developed to strengthen warfighting capabilities.

Using a “Shark Tank”-style format, Fellows presented their research and recommendations, fostering discussion on emerging concepts and opportunities that could shape the future force.

During the forum, three Fellows were awarded custom etched glassware for their accomplishments in wargaming over the course of their fellowship. The event concluded with a senior leaders panel and closing remarks by Brig. Gen. Matthew Tracy.
