Today is the tenth anniversary of Friday, a national day of awareness to highlight how America’s hospitals and health systems combat violence in their workplaces and communities.

OHA worked with members and partners to create a Hospital Violence Prevention Toolkit to assist member hospitals with their efforts to prevent and respond to violence. Ohio hospitals recognize the need for collaboration with a united voice, indicating hospital violence will not be tolerated. That's why OHA continues to collect educational tools for our member hospitals to use in developing their hospital violence program.
