The average 30-year rate dipped slightly to around 6.44%
That’s down just a smidge from last week
Still higher than earlier 2026, but better than the 7%+ days we saw before
💡 What this means:
Buyers may see a tiny improvement in monthly payments
Some buyers who were on the fence may start jumping back in
Inventory is slowly improving, giving buyers a few more options
