The erstwhile ‘America’s mayor’ is feeding trump’s base Russian misinformation. The CIA and other spy agencies gathered intelligence on Giuliani's dealings with alleged Russian intelligence agents last year and passed that information on to the White House.
When trump lies he never heard about it, White House National Security Adviser Robert O'Brien warned trump about it.
An ethical POTUS would have castigated Giuliani, but trump, and GOP Senate operatives uses the misinformation. We have become accustomed to trump colluding with the Russians to benefit his campaign, but it has never happened in our country before precisely because we’ve never had such a corrupt POTUS.
Giuliani has already accused this of being a ‘deep state’ scam, but American intelligence agencies were not spying on Giuliani, but on the people with whom he was talking, including Andrii Derkach, who has been identified by the Treasury Department as a Russian agent. Derkach is the source of bogus GOP Senate investigations. Two Republican-led Senate committees issued a politically charged report in late September on the work Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s son did in Ukraine.

Even before the report was released, the Biden campaign issued a detailed statement aiming to rebut point-by-point allegations that it said had already long been debunked by media organizations as well as by U.S. and Ukrainian officials.

Remember, the main allegation is disingenuous. When Biden fired Shokin, the top Ukrainian prosecutor, Biden was carrying out a policy developed at the State Department and coordinated with the European Union and the International Monetary Fund.

trump, and Rudy, have no shame, and/or little commonsense. The Ukrainian shakedown plot resulted in the con man being impeached, but they are still at.

On 10/14/20 , the New York Post released what it hailed as a bombshell: an unidentified computer repair store owner in Delaware had come to possess a laptop that contained Hunter Biden emails (and purportedly a s*x tape), the hard drive and computer was seized by the FBI, the store owner at some point passed a copy of the hard drive to Giuliani, and one of the emails suggested that Hunter, who served on the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma, may have in 2015 introduced a Burisma official to his dad, Vice President Joe Biden. The story depicts this as a big scandal, and Guiliani tweeted, “Much more to come.”

The FBI and other parts of the US intelligence community have stated that Vladimir Putin is once again attacking the US political system to boost trump, and this latest scam was part of this.

This is un-American. Our elections are sacred, yet the sociopathic, narcissistic is destroying it with his collusion with the Russians.

The goal of Big Brother was to control reality. The con man has proven his low-information base don’t have to believe what they see or hear—only what trump tells them. Ruining our democracy, and our ability to comprehend reality, is his horrible legacy.

Who thinks that trump, and incited the terrorist plot to kidnap Whitmer?

Whitmer accuses trump of inciting domestic terror saying that trump’s rhetoric “incites more domestic terror”, after he posted a series of aggressive tweets overnight that sought to shame the victim of the plot.

“Each time he has tweeted about me, each time that he has said ‘liberate Michigan’ and said I should negotiate with the very people who are arrested because they’re ‘good people’, that incites more domestic terror,” Whitmer told ABC News.

The con man said Whitmer had “done a terrible job” in Michigan, and complained that she was yet to thank him for the FBI stopping the plot.

In April, thousands of protesters, many armed, besieged the Michigan state capitol, in Lansing, to demonstrate against Whitmer’s Covid-19.stay-at-home order.
From the WH, trump cheered the mostly white protesters, tweeting: “LIBERATE MICHIGAN!” as he repeatedly attacked Whitmer.

The FBI said that the plan to kidnap Whitmer began around the time of those demonstrations.
trump knew that his “LIBERATE MICHIGAN!” was dangerous, but in his reptilian brain he made the calculation that overthrowing a blue state government would benefit him, as it would prove him to be a strongman with his own army.
Seven of those arrested in the plan to kidnap Whitmer are backers of the so-called boogaloo neo-Nazi movement.
Of trump’s response to the revelations, Whitmer said: “A decent human being would pick up the phone and say, ‘Are you OK? How’s your family doing?’

In July, Barr told a panel of lawmakers that he wasn't aware of threats made against Michigan Gov. Whitmer by protesters who opposed her stay-at-home orders.

Barr, who appeared before the U.S. House Judiciary Committee, was pressed by Rep. Jayapal, on differences in the federal government's response toward protests against police brutality and demonstrations against Whitmer's restrictions aimed at combating COVID-19.

Jayapal argued that and trump had taken an "aggressive approach" against Black Lives Matter protesters by sending federal agents to some locations but hadn't taken action against "right-wing extremists threatening to lynch a governor."
In the July U.S. House Judiciary Committee hearing:
"Are you aware that these protesters called for the governor to be lynched, shot and beheaded?” Jayapal asked Barr.
The attorney general responded that he wasn't.
"There are a lot of protests around the U.S.," Barr said.

Part of Vance’s probe pertains to an investigation related to payoffs to two women — p**n actress Stormy Daniels and model Karen McDougal — to keep them quiet during the 2016 presidential campaign about alleged extramarital affairs with trump.

The article “trump is counting on the Supreme Court to help him steal the election.” states: “As you probably know by now, we are unlikely to learn the winner of the presidential race on the night of Nov. 3. For the Trump campaign, that’s a key part of the plan: to create uncertainty, anger and chaos as the counting of an unprecedented number of mail ballots takes days or weeks; suppressing as many votes as possible; and tossing around unfounded charges of fraud to delegitimize the results.

And that plan, it is becoming increasingly clear, has an endgame: Whatever else happens, whatever the actual results show, President Trump is counting on the Supreme Court to declare him the winner….

The mob told reporters: “We need nine justices. You need that. With the unsolicited millions of ballots that they’re sending, it’s a scam, it’s a hoax, everybody knows that. And the Democrats know it better than anybody else. So you’re going to need nine justices up there, I think it’s going to be very important. Because what they’re doing is a hoax, with the ballots.”

There will be unrelenting propaganda that the counting of the vote must be finished on November 3rd, even though because of the need for mail in voting—due to trump doing nothing to slow the coronavirus, that will be impossible.

FBI Director Wray told Congress that white supremacist hate groups are the primary domestic terrorist threat, but the mob boss wants them to attack Dems in Dem cities, and in Dem polling places; consequentially they are not arrested.

The most alarming attribute of trump and Barr is that they continue to spread dangerous Conspiracy Theories among far-right, violent, nutcases. The potential for them to act on these false theories is alarming.

DeSantis unveiled legislation that cracks down on what he referred to as “unlawful assemblies” across the state. The Florida governor's proposal includes a measure that would withhold state funding for any local municipalities that defund the police.
DeSantis said the bill would charge protesters with felonies for damaging property and inflicting injuries, as well as sentence them to mandatory jail time for hitting a law enforcement officer.

DeSantis should be investigated for falsifying Florida’s data.

The con man will do anything for victory!

In the 2018 mid-terms, the con man invented the caravan. That failed, and in his sociopathic, narcissist psyche, learning disabled brain it was because it wasn’t audacious enough. Now, he won’t do half measures. ‘Police state USA’ is the goal of ‘law and order’ .

Federal agents have been operating in Portland with aggressive tactics for much of July, sparking outrage and criticism from city officials and civil rights advocates. Agents have been filmed repeatedly using tear gas and rubber bullets on demonstrators and leading them into unmarked vans.

The mayor of Portland, Wheeler, was left coughing and wincing in the middle of his own city Wednesday night after federal officers deployed tear gas into a crowd of protesters that Mr. Wheeler had joined outside the federal courthouse.

Mr. Wheeler denounced what he called the “urban warfare” tactic of the federal agents.

Mayor Jenny Durkan took to Twitter late Thursday night to make clear that the city of Seattle would take legal actions against federal officers if they intervene in this weekend's planned protests.
"Should federal forces intervene like they have in Portland, we are prepared to pursue every legal recourse," Durkan said. "A federal judge in Portland has entered an order limiting the actions of federal forces there. We are prepared to seek the same relief if necessary."

The threat comes as what the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) described as a "limited number" of federal agents have been deployed to the Seattle area "to protect federal buildings."

Washington Governor Jay Inslee confirmed shortly after midnight that the presence of federal agents "after a day of conflicting messages from the federal government," who told Inslee's staff "repeatedly there was no surge of additional personnel to Seattle."

When the mayor spoke with Wolf earlier Thursday afternoon, the acting secretary told Durkan "directly that DHS has no plans—and sees no need—to send federal forces to Seattle."
Wolf said to Durkan that he would notify both her and Chief Carmen Best of the Seattle Police Department if that would change.

"I made clear to Acting Secretary Wolf that deployments in Seattle—like we have seen in Portland—would undermine public safety and break community trust," Durkan wrote on Twitter.

On Thursday evening, federal Judge Michael Simon issued a temporary restraining order against the DHS barring federal law enforcement officers from arresting or using physical force against journalists and legal observers. The order will remain in effect for 14 days.

The Posse Comitatus Act prohibits the use of active duty personnel to "execute the laws”, but fascist trump is getting us used to unmarked federal forces violating our civil rights. Deputy Secretary of DHS Cuccinelli says they will be using the Portland tactics nationwide.

The Oregon attorney general filed a lawsuit on 7/17/20 alleging that the federal government had violated Oregonians’ civil rights by seizing and detaining them without probable cause during protests against police brutality in the past week.

The federal government is “overstepping their powers and injuring or threatening peaceful protesters on the streets of Downtown Portland,” according to a release from the Oregon Department of Justice on 7/17/20.

trump threatens to deploy federal agents to Chicago and other U.S. cities led by Democrats. Calling the unrest in Portland “worse than Afghanistan,” trump’s rhetoric escalated tensions with Democratic mayors and governors who have criticized the presence of federal agents on U.S. streets, telling reporters at the White House that he would send forces into jurisdictions with or without the cooperation of their elected leaders.

The Supreme Court's ruled, in a split decision, that trump can’t shield his tax records from Manhattan District Attorney investigators, but it is a decision that probably means the records will be shielded from public scrutiny under grand jury secrecy rules until after the election, and perhaps indefinitely.

The decisions mark the first time that the nation's highest court has directly ruled on a matter involving trump's personal dealings. trump has been more secretive with his finances than any president in decades, refusing to release his tax records to the public even as he mounts a bid for reelection.

The sociopathic, narcissist trump will wreak vengeance on us all. trump rages: ‘This crime was taking place even before my election, everyone knows it, and yet all are frozen stiff with fear. No Republican Senate Judiciary response, NO 'JUSTICE', NO FBI, NO NOTHING…Now the Supreme Court gives a delay ruling that they would never have given for another President. This is about PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT.’

The SCOTUS rules trump isn’t a dictator!

Chief Justice Roberts wrote that “no citizen, not even the president, is categorically above the common duty to produce evidence when called upon in a criminal proceeding.” "In our judicial system, 'the public has a right to every man's evidence.' Since the earliest days of the Republic, 'every man' has included the President of the United States," Roberts wrote in the New York case.

That case stemmed from an investigation being pursued by Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance Jr. Vance issued a subpoena to trump's longtime accounting firm, Mazars, for a wide variety of trump's personal and business records, including tax returns, dating back to 2011. It sought eight years of business and personal tax records in connection with an investigation of the role that trump and the trump Organization played in hush-money payments made in the run-up to the 2016 election.
