Peace with the Past, Power in the Present
All too often, PTS(d) takes you out the moment and puts you in places you would rather not be. This can be traumatic events from you past or overwhelming concern about the future. “Peace with the Past, Power in the Present” is not merely a ‘tag line’. Life is too short. Make sure that you are mentally present as well as physically present for you, your family and your friends.
Operation Tohidu show cases various modalities that all have been shown to help some people with PTS(d). As you well know, there is not a cure , yet. If you or someone you know is struggling with this, please check out our website for more information (www.operationtohidu.org) and consider applying to the program. There is no cost and a formal PTS(d) diagnosis is not required.
