From Reserve to Active Duty; taking the commitment to the next level.

Lance Corporal Okorafor continues to prove what it means to elevate and adapt in the United States Marine Corps.

Starting his journey as a Motor Transport Operator (3531) with Marine Wing Support Squadron 471, Detachment Alpha, he built a solid foundation in discipline, accountability, and mission readiness.

Looking for more, he executed a lateral move into the aviation field as a Helicopter Airframe Mechanic (6154), stepping into a role that demands precision, technical skill, and attention to detail.

Most recently, he made the transition from the reserves to active duty, fully committing himself to the mission and embracing the full-time responsibility of wearing the uniform every day.

This is what growth looks like, seeking challenges, mastering new skills, and stepping up when it counts.

Keep setting the standard, Marine.
