The Prince George’s County Office of Procurement (OOP), in partnership with the Department of Public Works and Transportation (DPW&T), invites qualified vendors to explore opportunities to support the County’s winter weather operations.

Last week’s Executive Exchange Expo brought together a room full of nurses, professionals who spend so much of their time pouring into others. This time, it was their turn to be poured into.

Our Procurement Director and Purchasing Agent, Alice Williams, took the stage to share valuable information on how nurses and nurse-owned businesses can do business with Prince George’s County and access County procurement opportunities.

As the Summer Youth Enrichment Program (SYEP) comes to a close, the Prince George’s County Office of Procurement is excited to celebrate our outstanding interns!

Throughout the summer, they brought fresh ideas, enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn about procurement and public service. Our team was proud to provide hands-on experience, professional development, mentorship, and meaningful opportunities to strengthen their skills and explore future career paths.

Hearing our interns share how their experiences impacted them is incredibly rewarding. We are confident that each of them has a bright future ahead!
