🚧 NORTH VINE STREET LANE CLOSURE NOTICE 🚧

The right-most southbound lane of North Vine Street will be closed between East University Avenue and East Water Street beginning Monday, January 12, 2026, at 7 a.m. through Friday, January 16, 2026, at 4 p.m.

SNC Construction will be conducting storm sewer work in the area. Access to all properties along North Vine Street will be maintained throughout the project.

Motorists are encouraged to drive carefully through this and all construction zones. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as this work is completed.

🚧 East Perkins Avenue Closure Notice 🚧

Beginning Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 12 p.m., East Perkins Avenue will be closed between Carroll Avenue and 807 East Perkins Avenue for infrastructure improvements.

Closure Duration:
June 23, 2026, at 12 p.m. – October 30, 2026, at 5 p.m.

Project Work Includes:
• Sewer improvements
• Street reconstruction
• Sidewalk improvements
• Streetlighting upgrades

Property Access:
Temporary access will be maintained for all properties throughout the project; however, **no through traffic will be permitted** in the work zone.

Please use caution when traveling near construction areas and follow all posted signage to help keep workers and motorists safe.

Hartle Avenue will be closed between East Main Street and East Green Street from 6 a.m. on Monday, April 13, 2026, until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Roto-Rooter will perform work along Hartle Avenue. Access will be maintained to all properties during the project, though no through traffic will be allowed.

Access will be maintained to all properties during the project.
