Depending on a family’s situation and eligibility, assistance may be available through programs such as the Kinship Support Program, Kinship Permanency Incentive Program, OhioKAN, Kinship Guardianship Assistance Program and Ohio Works First Child Only Benefits.

If you’re caring for a child through kinship, it’s worth learning what help may be available to your family.
