AEMS is seeking documentary and independent films on issues reflecting contemporary life in Asia to be presented at the 2021 Association for Asian Studies Annual Conference - being held entirely on a virtual, online platform March 21-26, 2021.

If you are curious about the films that were scheduled to screen at the AAS 2020 Film Expo from March 19-21, the program booklet is available at the link below.

One of the selected films, "Finding The Virgo" was specially made available for online viewing until April 21, 2020. Information on how to access this title can be found at the following website: https://www.asianstudies.org/conference/film-expo/

We will aim to promote and present these films as future programming allows.
