NOTICE

The Washington Township Board of Trustees will accept bids for the 2026 Road Improvement Project on a per-unit basis for: asphalt paving (full-width), chip/seal, tack coat, excavation, tile, #8 limestone, MC-3000 sealing oil, maintaining traffic, bond, insurance, and mobilization. A bid package can be obtained by contacting Trustee Rex Stevenson, ([email protected]). Bids will be accepted until 6:00 PM, May 26, 2026. Bids may be mailed to Washington Township, P.O. Box 755, Utica, Ohio 43080-0755. Bids will be opened at the regular meeting on May 26, 2026, at 6:00 PM. Meetings are held at the Township Building (10905 Mt. Vernon Rd., Utica, Ohio 43080). The Washington Township Trustees reserve the right to refuse any and all bids.

Both zoning committee meetings have also changed their respective committee meetings to Tuesday due to today’s weather. the Zoning Commission meeting will be moved to Tuesday, January 27 at 5:30 PM and the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be moved to 5:45 PM on Tuesday, January 27
