In its day, the hotel hosted a variety of grand events that catered to prominent socialites from the surrounding area.

Fun fact: The Hotel was once known as The Davenport before it was sold to Ben Quick! Although the hotel has had many occupants throughout history, it remains branded the Hotel Quick.
