ALERT! New MVWA Office Hours
Effective Tuesday, May 26 through Friday, Sept. 4, the Mohawk Valley Water Authority hours of operation at our 1 Kennedy Plaza, Utica location will change to 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Mon.-Fri. These new hours also apply to Customer Service phone assistance and the laboratory. You can still report a water leak or other water emergency 24 hours a day at 315-792-0301. Visit www.mvwa.us
