Come explore everything the night sky has to offer from our view at River Bend Farm. Get a closer view of the stars, the moon, and our neighboring planets through a telescope.

Meet in the field across from the River Bend Farm Visitor Center. All programs are free and open to the public. Registration is not required. Appropriate for all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Dress for the weather. Bringing bug spray is encouraged. Programming is subject to change or cancellation. The 2026 Ranger Walkabout series begins on Thursday, June 4, and runs on Thursday evenings through August 27, 2026. All walkabouts begin at 6:30 p.m., but locations vary each week. Please wear comfortable footwear and dress for the weather.

Maple Sugaring Weekend
Saturday, February 21 and Sunday, February 22, 2026

It’s that sweet time of year again! Join us on February 21 and 22 for our annual Maple Sugaring Weekend. Guided tours will be offered at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 12 p.m., 1 p.m., and 2 p.m., running for about 90 minutes.

Meet in the River Bend Farm Visitor Center. All programs are free and open to the public. Same day registration for guided tours is limited but available at the door on a first-come, first-serve basis. Appropriate for all ages. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
