📢 ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Due to a planned event at our usual location, our Silent Book Club meeting on Saturday, August 8 has been canceled.

We are looking into the possibility of relocating this Saturday’s meetup. If we’re able to secure a new location, we’ll post an update as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We hope to still see everyone this Saturday if we’re able to make it happen! 📚

Hello 👋 With so many new faces joining us at today’s meetup, we thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce ourselves.

We’re Charlotte and Angela, best friends and the co-hosts of Solano Silent Book Club. 📚

We’re pretty much opposites in the best way. Angela is our social butterfly who can always strike up a conversation and loves a good thriller. I’m the quieter half of the duo, happiest with a fantasy novel in hand and a cozy reading corner to disappear into. Together, we wanted to create a space where both introverts and extroverts could feel at home.

That’s exactly what Silent Book Club is all about. It’s a global community with chapters around the world, built on one simple idea: bring whatever you’re reading, enjoy an hour of quiet reading together, and socialize only if you want to before or after.
