Through work with the breath, postural alignment, strength, balance and flexibility you can create a more positive life experience. se of you who just want to try it out are welcome. Prana Flow Certified and Ashtanga/Hatha influenced Yoga. Registered Yoga Alliance Instructor. I teach to all levels and all ages, no experience necessary, non-yogis welcome! Yoga provides that union between the universe, the breath, the body, the mind, and the spirit. My practice is energetic, radiant, yet peaceful and dedicated.
